Welcome
The Mid-East Honors Association (MEHA) represents honors programs in universities and colleges across the mid-east region through an annual conference, lunch and learns and email communication. Two open meetings, one in the spring at the annual conference and one at the National Collegiate Honors Council (NCHC) conference, are held annually.
Mission
Through sharing information about honors programs and best honors practices region-wide, MEHA hopes to create an intellectual, programmatic, and administrative network of resources aimed at helping the region’s honors programs grow and thrive.
Scholarship Awarded
Congratulations to Audrey Badza of Cleveland State University! She was selected as the 2024 recipient of the annually awarded Dr. James S. Ruebel Memorial Scholarship. Dr. Ruebel served as Dean of the Ball State University Honors College and member of the NCHC executive board until his passing in 2016.
