Proposal Submission
Submissions will be open from November 1 through February 28 for the 2025 Conference. There is now a single for for all faculty, staff and student submissions.
Pay for Conference
Register and pay for the 2025 Conference being held April 11 – 13 at Hiram College, Hiram, Ohio.
Group Block Confirmation
Group blocks may be comfirmed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Cleveland Streetsboro and the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Streetsboro. Please book by March 19th to secure the $119 rate for either option.

Thank you to all 2024 MEHA Conference attendees for making our annual event in April a resounding success! There were 142 student attendees from 18 colleges and universities across Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio. The theme of the 2024 conference was “Creative Minds Empower Success”. Students, faculty and staff shared their research with one another in a collaborative environment at Purdue University Northwest in Hammond, IN. Please take a moment to view some highlights from this special event, and bookmark the next conference coming to Hiram College in April 2025.
